The Director of Development is responsible for assisting the Congregational Leader in fulfilling the vision and mission of the Congregation; working to broaden and deepen the relationship of the community with the faithful; driving the efforts to engage lay and Congregational leaders in advancing the work of the Sisters of the Holy Family through the meaningful contribution of gifts and talents; and advocating the mission of the Congregation within our own communities and beyond. Reporting to the Congregational Leader, the Director of Development is responsible for coordinating and directing the fund-raising initiatives that engage donors and leaders throughout the communities the Sisters serve.
