 Welcome to the Greater Baton Rouge Chapter

 

The Greater Baton Rouge chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) provides members with some of the best networking available at the local level. Chapter meetings feature one-hour interactive mentoring sessions and a variety of luncheon speakers. Audio conferences and National Philanthropy Day are also valuable professional development opportunities for our members. These educational and networking events provide support, guidance and camaraderie to fundraising professionals in the greater Baton Rouge area.

Membership information can be found on the nationals Membership site. Chapter dues are $25/year.

The chapter meets the second Tuesday of every month (other than July and November) at Juban's on Perkins Road. Mentoring session starts at 11:15am. Seating for the meeting begins at 11:45, with the luncheon and speaker at 12:00noon. Reservations with entree' selection required by emailing afpbrla@cox.net by the preceeding Friday.  Montly lunches are $20 for members, $30 for guests.

November 16 - National Philanthropy Day ceremony - No meeting.

There is no meeting in July.
